Spring fishing in Naples is some of the best! As the water is heating up, tons of Kingfish, spanish mackeral and sharks are found feeding on the huge bait balls coming ashore. A steady Kingfish and shark bite has been the norm for the past week close to shore early in the morning on the half day trips. Once the bite slows down in the late morning on these drag screamers, we have been pushing out and snapper fishing. A nice mixed bag of lane and mangrove snapper have been coming back to the filet table. On the 6 and 8 hour trips the red grouper fishing is heating up off the beach.
