This past week we have been catching some nice Spanish mackerel, sharks, and goliath grouper over the nearshore artificial reefs and wrecks in the mornings. Some of the sharks have been good size hammerheads and tigers with most of them being smaller blacktips or sandbar sharks. Typically, that bite tends to slow down a bit once the sun gets high in the sky, so we have been changing gears and going bottom fishing for snapper and grouper. The lane and mangrove snapper bite has been really good with some nice red grouper mixed in as well on the half days. We also caught some really nice gag grouper and cobia on a recent full day trip. #captainrobertson #naplesfishingboat
