fisherman with grouper and cobia

Well its November already and a few small cold fronts have knocked our offshore water temperature down in the mid 70s and we are starting to experience some great fall fishing.  Some of the migratory species that push through our waters this time of year are starting to show up.  Its been a bit windy the past two weeks and its been keeping us close to shore.    The bait is plentiful over the nearshore hard bottom and artificial structures we like to fish.  Early in the mornings we have managed to catch a few kingfish before they become smart to our techniques.  Mangrove snapper bite has been pretty steady as well with some nice lane snapper and grunts.  We caught a few nice gag grouper this past week and some  big  cobia as well.  A few other local captains have been bumping into some schools of the big #30 plus pound bull redfish offshore while bottom fishing.  Give Naples Fishing Boat a Shout and let us try to put you on a great catch.
